TOXFENCE는 OECD 시험 지침TG471(Ames test), TG473(Chromosomal aberration test),
TG474(Micronucleus test)을 기반으로 학습된 AI 모델로,
화학물질의 유전 독성 여부를 신속하고 과학적으로 예측하는 프로그램입니다.
본 프로그램은 EU 화장품 규제(EC No 1223/2009) 및
SCCS 가이드라인에 따라 요구되는 화장품 원료의 유전 독성 안전성 평가 시,
대체 시험 자료 또는 사전 스크리닝 도구로 활용될 수 있습니다.

TOXFENCE is an AI-based genotoxicity prediction model trained on datasets constructed according to

OECD Test Guidelines TG471 (Ames test), TG473 (Chromosomal aberration test), and TG474 (Micronucleus test). It provides rapid and scientifically grounded predictions on the genotoxic potential of chemical substances.

This model can be used as supporting evidence for genotoxicity assessments of cosmetic ingredients,

especially for companies exporting products to regions that follow EU cosmetics regulations (EC No 1223/2009) and SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety) guidance
